Ugg, I'm feeling so behind. My middle daughter's birthday is next month and since she's in kindergarden now she gets to have her first "friend" birthday party. I went all out on my oldest daughter's first birthday party so now I feel like I have to do the same thing.
She's having a garden fairy theme and here's what I have so far, most of this I've made myself:
Tutus, completed
Fairy wands, started but not completed
Fairy dust necklaces, completed but didn't like the way they turned out so they are torn apart and I'm starting over
Fairy wings, 1 is completed the rest aren't even started
Butterfly moble craft, have the materials
Butterfly pencil topper craft, have the materials
Flower fairy craft, need to buy the materials
Cake, have idea will make day before the party
What am I missing?

Oh cripes, I'm just ahead on this one because it's her first party. My DD is just a few days after yours by the way, on the 16th.
My oldest dd's birthday this year was planned 2 weeks before it happened! I called a bowling allie booked a lane, they gave me the invites and that was it.
I only go all out for my kids 1st birthday and their first birthday party with friends. After that it's simple.
I figure once I get done with DD's I'll start planing DS's for July. I already have a theme, it's just a matter of making it all work. I love party planning!

Ugg.
Invites - thought about, haven't done anything with them yet, except to dig out my cricut and look at it.
Decorations - Not a clue!! I better get working on that
Snacks/drinks - I guess I should have more than just cake, shouldn't I? Dang, not a clue.
Do you ladies think I need games? Where am I going to find fairy themed games? This is for a 5 year old by the way.

AAKK! Why do people want me to make quick decisions when I'm tired and sick?
The lady I've been doing daycare for is done school on the 20th of this month. I've been counting down the days. She was offered a job today that will run till the end of the school year, June 28. She needs an answer by tomorrow morning. The hours are longer than the hours I have her kids now for too. Instead of 7:30-4:30 with Mondays and Fridays being short days, it would be 7:30-5:30 everyday. What to do, what to do...

For once Criminal Minds didn't deal with a sadistic serial killer.
