Okay so I can't commit myself to doing the work out videos, I loose interest way to fast..but I did just play just dance 3 on my wii for 45 mins and I have been doing this for about a week now and I am always TIRED afterwards and sweating like a gross pig haha, so would you consider that a good work out? I mean I'm not on the floor doing sit ups or anything.
I also take the kids for at least 1 walk a day for 1-2 hrs (I don't walk all that fast though) Since my DF has been gone I eat much healthier, we eat a lot of carbs when he is home but lately I'be been eating a lot more veggies.
I think you've got a really good start on the work out thing.
You make me feel like a really big couch potato! I need some motivation, other than my clothes not fitting because thats already happening and apparently isn't enough to get me moving.
I would consider it a work out. I mean, it's movement you aren't making otherwise, so I would say it definitely is.
Plus, I play that game, so I can vouch for it being a workout! haha
my clothes not fitting was my big kick in the *** that I needed, I can't work out at a gym (no gym anywhere near me) but at least this is a start, I hope I can start walking (eventually running) at night after the kids go to bed but I feel bad for asking my little bro to babysit all the time (he babysits for free) so I only like asking him when I absolutely need a sitter.
I think doing something is better than nothing.
Its an excellent start! Eventually youll have to do something else, but until you stop getting tired pkaying video games your body is getting a good workout.
