4 kids is my secret number that I would love, but the next pregnancy will be our last. Quick ladies what are the methods to increase the chance of twins??? I think getting pregnant while BF'ing? lol
Lots of yams/sweet potatoes and full fat dairy in your diet

When I got preggers with the twins I was in college and was eating tons of ice cream at the campus creamery plus a lot of grilled cheese sandwiches at the commons in between classes. So maybe that has some truth to it

As for the yams.....eww. But if you can stand them then give 'em a shot!

PS - I love emoticons! Can't ya tell???

Yeah, it's something about how both the dairy fat and the yams effect your hormonal levels, which impact how many eggs you drop and whether or not they are inclined to split. Fun stuff.

Thank you for being older than I am. I turn 40 in October and I am starting to freak out a bit.

the one good thing with all the crawling and walking along the couch is that it poops joshua out. but oh geez trying to get him to go to sleep tonight was a pain in the butt. He is so spoiled that he won't go to sleep in his crib unless he is drop dead tired. so he was crying and then hubby pulled him into our bed. ugh.... and he says i spoil him??

Don't you love when s/o says you're spoiling the baby but once you let them take over they do the same thing you would have done and "spoil" the baby? My bf is the same way. He gives into Tristan's demands do he doesn't cry and it's okay for him but when I do it it becomes "this is why he's the way he is already"

Ugh after working 6 1/2 years of night shift, I'm on day shift for a more "normal" life but the 5am wake-ups are killing me! Hope everyone has a great day!

Melissa--I could never work night shift. Colton just had the biggest poop I've ever seen- he didn't sleep at all last night and I think that was his problem- I think he's trying to get used to formula.

Good morning ladies! Looks like my fast worked. I'm down 3 lbs. I know it's not REAL fat, but it sure is nice seeing the scale go down. Still feeling sluggish so I may go one more day.

Good morning everyone! Tristan slept pretty well last night and only woke up at 2 and 6. At 2 I changed his diaper and omg he always tries to roll in his stomach every time I try to change it now. The only way I can stop him from doing that is to blow on his stomach I distract him but then that riles him up and he's wide Awake lol

Morning ladies! Keelan did OK last night. After his first wake up he was down till almost 3 and then till 5ish and then till 8. Not as bad as I visioned.

I woke up with a headache though. I just took some Advil and I'm downing caffeine in the form of Diet Mtn Dew. Keelan is making every toy that makes noise, well make noise. Not helping my headache. It sucks that his favorite toy doesn't have an off button!

I did a liquid fast. I drink tons of water, take vitamins, and drink coffee and protein shakes.

I needed it. I had been feeling so heavy and slugggsh because of all the crap I had been eating for the past 2 months. Tons of it. To top it off, DH took me to Texas de Brazil for our anniversary last Saturday, and I have never been so full in my life. I ate tons and tons of meat, from filet mignon to lamb chops. Too much beef makes me feel horrible. It stays with you too long...if you know what I mean.
