 Happy May Day everyone! I don't know how much I can help out this month since it's crazy May for me. I just finished filling out my desk calendar for May and every day has something going on.

breakfast was 3 pumpkin chocolate chip muffins and tea. My usual work day breakfast of champions.

super easy - box of Pillsbuy pumpkin quick bread, about a cup of chocolate chips. Follow the box for muffin directions (its at the bottom of the back) and add the chips at the end before putting into muffin cups. Makes about 14-16 muffins.

What's everyones plans for today? I have to get the car registered, mail a package and do a bunch of sewing. Somehow, I'm taking a nap in there too.

I've got classes to teach, set up for concert, go home change, pick up kids & McD's for their dinner, go back to school (with kids), run concert, amd clean up. At some point I'll go home to bed to sleep until tomorrow.
