Part of me wouldn't mind a fb group only b/c i am on fb way more than jm. Some days jm gets so fussy that my posts get lost or i can't log on. But i do love JM as it's somewhere i know i can go to come and ask questions or just escape for a few mins.

I think what i do like is our private group where i can go to vent and feel comfortable even if i sound like a broken record.

I love the group and coming here it is nice to see people's siggies to see how fast all our babies are growing!

I love JM as well but I also like that in 10 seconds I get all of my November girls at once mostly because they are mobile. I like that I get a notification that is not an email that I need to get into the group. And I think the misconception is that its much like our secrets of the sea its not just FB wall postings ect. We wont forget that we all came together on JM but we I guess outgrew our board? We wanted somewhere that wasnt as highly moderated and somewhere we could talk without the feeling of someone reading over our shoulder whether it be lurkers or admin. And that is nothing against JM as a whole but it was the consensus of our board in particular. We have been through a lot on that board and are extremely close, if anything FB has made us closer. But thats just my 2 cents.

The main reason I am so nervous about JM is because (a long time ago) my ex typed in google my name and all my post to JM came up so he would say things like "I know you went out with someone last night" totally freaked me out and I took a long break from JM. I sometimes think about if he is still watching me on here since even before I got pregnant with C man he was still saying strange things to me.

I like it here, quite honestly if we ever became a FB group I would no longer be involved.

I like our group here too. I looked back at my old 07 PR and it's also a ghost town, 3 months are grouped together and still no one posts.

I miss the activity of the July DDC. The FB is super active, but in fact, too active. I can never get through all the posts. The cloth diaper board recently started a FB page which I'm not thrilled about.

Our April 10' playroom is dead on JM, but I love posting in our FB group just as much as JM and it's private, so I do like that.... But I'll keep coming here too because I love JM and I have other groups here too!

I love our board. I guess if it did become inactive and someone wanted to start it up on FB to stay in touch, I would join. I would miss you ladies too much.

Sometimes it is hard for me to get onto JM, but when I have the time I try and make the effort. I like having my Mommy time.
