Have you noticed that breastfeeding hurts your nipples when AF is coming or is visiting?

I've had two AFs and didn't notice a difference but my nipples aren't sensitive in the least.

It did for me, and I think it makes you milk taste different because that is when Ayla started weaning.
Also, I have a question. BM tastes sweet usually. I got like a drop out, and curiosity got the best of me, and I tasted it. It was SO sour! It was weird lol. This was right before my period, and I haven't breastfed in 2 month.

I've haven't had af yet. With my first, I had 1 at 5 months but don't remember what it felt like. The rest I never got af until I weaned.

I didn't for the first ELEVEN AFs I have had after Lew was born, but here on AF#12, I totally noticed it. A couple days before the hag showed up I was very sensitive and in pain and couldn't figure out why....then she showed and it all made sense.

that's exactly what is going on here. I couldn't figure out why they were hurting so bad. We always have pain because of cracks that refuse to heal, but this was so bad. And then AF came and it made sense.

Every so many months I get the mother of all AF. Worse cramps ever, back pain, cravings, BLEEPiness, and that is when sore nipples happen. Normally nothing different, but that once and awhile AF, yeah, it happens.

This time around, I haven't had AF yet, so no clue. And honestly, I can't remember if it hurt or not when I nursed my two older ones. It's been too long and I've forgotten the painful stuff.
