I had this really really bad. I mostly took it out on Jason...poor thing....I am feeling so much better now and thankfully was able to avoid anxiety medication.

Thankfully, I've never suffered from PPD. I was fine after Sophia was born, but this pregnancy has been havoc on my hormones.
