Day One(Day 9-ish of cycle)
Ok, so let's see if I can start making some changes today...
I'm going to go for a walk at my lunch hour - with at least once down the stairs and up. (10 flights.)
Ok - down the stairs, ten minutes to book store, ten minutes back, up the stairs, small stretch.. wheew, what's this strange feeling, in my chest.... oh, my heart - right!
Ate package of microwaved Mac & cheese for lunch.
500ml/16 oz. of water (1:23pm) 500ml/16 oz. of water (4:50pm)
(Ate raisin bran for breakie, had tea to work, a second cup at work. toffee treat for doing coffee dishes!)
Started getting a headache by 2:30, no meds
Chinook today - about -2 this morning, +10-ish at lunch
Late dinner: 9-ish Microwaved chicken quesidalla (sp?- pronounced "case-a-d-a")
Roxy was very sick..
No Pop today!!

need to drink more water.
I don't think yesterday's workout counts for today
minus 5-ish
<span style="color:red">no heachache feelings, just tired

I need to floss when I get off this computer! Tomorrow I'm going to start fresh. I let a cold get me down so I'll be putting more effort into the new DVD I got because it's so much fun and I can't wait to get the moves down!
