It´s been ten months since I had my baby, but I havent been able to lose all the weight I gain during pregnancy (I was 202 pounds just before my baby was born). After that, and while breastfeading I lost around 37 pounds approx.
But now I need to get back to my old jeans , and loose the final pounds I need to be slim as I was!
So this is my journal, you can keep track of my progress and encourage yourself as well.
Im going on a diet planned by a nutritionist, wich is very balanced, and also I will start pilates classes tonight.
I will be posting weekly photos of myself through all the progess.
I started my diet/Exercise Plan: Sunday 18 May
Starting Weight: 154 pounds.
Goal Weight: 127 pounds.
