started on 5/19

need to lose 50lbs, back into a size 10

i'm embarrassed to say how much i weigh now

My short term goal is 15lbs

My diet is going well so far (3 days)....my only concern is on June 3rd we celebrate my parents 40th anniv at a 5 star restaurant...so i'm letting the diet go for that dinner ONLY
it's a once in a lifetime experience that i'll never be able to afford til i'm 50..heheheh

ok, so i'll work hard until June 3, and then back on the wagon june 4

i bought WII FIT today, so that is my form of strength training and exercise while the kids nap
i'm lucky that they are good nappers on a regular basis, so i have no excuse for "not having the time"

So,......

oh motivations:
Using the "just had a baby" excuse no longer works, my baby is 1 now
I'm tired of wearing big ole shirts and stretchy capris
i have a 20 year reunion to attend next year!!!!

doing well...down 4.5 lbs

i did the wii fit for the first time yesterday....made me break a sweat!!!
no sore muscles this morning, so i'll step it up a little bit to see if i can work them more!!!!

I'm doing pretty well, avoiding the FOOD NETWORK
ignoring what the fam is eating and keeping on track with myself
DH is supportive, but i still see him eating yucky stuff...he's overweight too, and i wish he would join me....i think he will once he sees me losing.
one can only hope
but that's his decision!!

did wii fit for 38 minutes...abs are HURTING!!!!

this is my fifth day....5lbs down, but we know that's a lot of water weight...it won't be real until the end of next week...i can hold out!!!

Keep going, keep going keep going

i feel good, my right knee is a lil ouchie cuz of exercising on it, but i'm being good, making sure to not impact it so much but just do it easy

feeling fantastic today!!!!!

i had sooooooooooooooooooo many temptations over the weekend...and i beat them all!!!!!!

and my reward....another 2 lbs lost!!!!

holding still at 208 lbs.....not frustrated, just a mini plateau, i feel another lb coming off...

working hard, eating the right things and exercising every day!!!!

did 30 min of cardio, 12 min of strength and some yoga to stretch it all out!!!


i have to add, that as i put on my clothes this morning, i feel like they are fitting looser...that my tummy is sticking out as far....

the c section really messed up all the muscles there making me look still prego!!!

I have a dinner to go to tomorrow night that will probably push me back up to 205/6...must get right back on the band wagon on wednesday
