I weight 215 lbs and I want to lose weight I have a 10lb goal for now after the 10 I will set another goal. I bought Resolution for a lifetime today it's a 20 minute workout. I want to at least get in a workout everyday, we have started taking the kids to the park so I get get some walking in on those days. I'm not to good with the diet, but I will start by cutting out sodas, chips and candy.
Sunday 06/22/08: Did the stretching and warm up on the workout video.
Wednesday:" Walked 35 minutes with sister and kids today. I actually look forward to my walks every evening. Stayed away from chips and sodas did have a ice cream sandwich. I am very proud of myself I have never gone this long without soda or chips and candy.
