Day 1
Weighed myself this am and i weigh 178 yuck! Considering after i delivered i weighed 185, i was very close to 200 the morning i had her.
Breakfast
2 biscuits with apple butter and 2 cups of coffee. ( i am still bf so i cant cut to many calories)
Lunch
chicken salad ranch dressing and some water
Dinner
Mac and cheese (not the healthiest i know, but better than nothing)
