Ok well here it goes...i have posted a diary now so i have got to do it LOL.

Seriously though, i weigh 13st 10lb (just short of 200lbs) so I need to get this big butt into shape I will be weighing in on a wednesday.




Start weight: 13st 10lb
Sept 6th: 13st 7lb

Ok so I am so pleased! I weighed myself yesterday and I have lost 3lbs I have a looong way to go yet but I am really pleased.
