I officially joined the Weight Loss forum this week. I gained 40lbs during my pregnancy, getting to 221lbs. I'm 5'10". My normal weight with no dieting or exercising is 170lbs, but I gained 11lbs over last Christmas and got pregnant at the end of December so didn't lose it first.
My husband is leaving December 1, 2008 for the US Air Force and Reagan and I will be joining him in CA at the beginning of March 2009.
My ultimate weight loss goal is to get to 150 before my 21st birthday (June 25, 2009).
I also would like to get to 170lbs by March 2009, but 160lbs would be great (we plan to start TTC#2 in April 2009).

I will be joining Katie in the walk 60 miles before 2009 challenge as my exercise, along with some daily crunches.
There are 79 days left in the year, and I'm going for about 100 crunches a day, so we'll say 8000 crunches by 2009.

My Work Outs
