So this is my first entry. Hopefully I will remember to write in this at least twice a week. I have not weighed myself yet, and I do not plan to do so until Nov. 1. Though I will start to change my eating habbits before then, I want to kind of give myself a little bit of a head start. My plan is to eventually make it down to 130lbs. That is a healthy weight for my height. I can't remember the last time I weighed that, but I can only hope to eventually meet my goal and maintain it. I owe it to myself and my family.

Today was okay. I went to the gym for the first time in a long time. I did 1 mile on the treadmil, and then 1 mile on the bike. When I came home I did a few sets of sit ups. I know it's not much, but it's a step in the right direction. I plan on going to the gym every other day. DH is very fit and I am hoping I can look to him for motivation. I stress to him all the time that I need to lose weight and I want to be healthy and that I am sick of being FAT. And he just roll his eyes and says your not fat. I am happy that he loves me for who I am but sometimes I wish he would push me a little harder.

I am very happy to say I have made it under 200lbs, I am now 197.6lbs. I am not sure of what my exact start weight was, but the last time I weighed myself last week I was 204lbs. I am very happy with this weightloss and can only hope to continue. I went to the gym again today, I did 24 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the bike, and 5 minutes on the stair climber. I am watching what I eat as far as eating healthy, but do not really cut portions and I eat whenever I am hungry because I am breastfeeding. I have been trying to drink lots of water and pull back from the diet soda. I will weigh myself on Wednesdays only, that way I don't get disapointed on a daily bases if I don't see a weight chande. Plus I think it will be easy to remember since dh is off Mon/Tues and goes back to work on Wed.
