Today if the start of my diet. I don't really plan on counting calories, but rather just watching what I eat. I gained over 80 pounds in my pregnancy. I was up to 205 pounds. I've since then lost 40 of those pounds, all of which was Dustin and a TON of water weight. Right now I'm sitting at around 160, and I've been here for a few weeks now. I'd like to loose another 40 pounds and get back down to 120, my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm hoping I can accomplish this by March of 2009.

December 1st 2008 - 150
January 1st 2009 - 140
February 1st 2009 - 130
March 1st 2009 - 120
