Not much today, maybe 3 cups :/

Weight: 158 (OMG.. i'm in the 50's.. that's so awesome)

Exercise goal:
- walk 3 miles (we have playgroup today, so we'll be doing extra miles today) ** COMPLETED- did more like 4 miles ***
- Exercise: Power 90 Sweat *** COMPLETED ***

Food:
Breakfast: Live Active with skim milk and half a banana
Lunch: Chicken fajita
Dinner: Chicken taquito with guacamole.. yummmm
Snack: Kiwi

Water:
3 cups.. i ran out of water : / (sounds silly but the tap water here is undrinkable.)

(I'm feeling great. Last night after our workout, my DH looked at me and said.. "Babe, You're looking good." I said "Thanks", but inside I was saying.. "yeah, I know. " This week is going to be a big challenge. I'm planning on increasing my workout. I'll be doing my Power90 workout along side my Wii workouts. We'll see what kind of results I'll get. I've also decided to incorporate a "Free Day" in my week.. this day I will not exercise and I will eat whatever my heart desires". I've gone 3 weeks with little to no fat in my diet and this will help me keep from picking throughout the week. But as with everything.. we'll see how it goes. I think this weekend I'm going to bake a chocolate cake and I'll pig out on it )

Exercise goal:
- Walk 2 miles *** Only walked 1 mile *** (had to run to the post office and hubby picked up my daughter from school)
- Power90 Sweat ** COMPLETE **
- Wii- Cardio 30 minutes *** COMPLETED by 3pm *** and It felt great !!

Breakfast:
- 1 cup Post LiveActive and 1 cup of skim milk\

Snack:
- Apple
- 2 cups of water

Lunch:
- 1 whole wheat pita and 6 slices of turkey deli meat
- I cup of steamed broccoli
- 2 cups of water

Dinner:
- 1/2 cup UB's Brown rice
- 1 oz Stove top
- 2 chicken legs
- 1 cup of broccoli
- 1 cup of salad
- 2 cups of water

Water:
6 cups so far.. plan on drinking 2 more after workout. ** Total: 8 cups of water **
