- FiberOne Honey cluster with skim milk
- Yogurt
- Roast beef, mashed potatoe, stove top, salad, new potatoes, cheese cake, creampuffs, brownies.

Lots of good stuff.. meh, i'll use today as my cheat day.

(AF showed up this morning.. I'm feeling miserable but still plan on continuing my workouts)

Exercise goal:
- Power90: Sculpt *** COMPLETED *** (ugh, after that I felt like utter poop... my body feels so achy from AF)
- Wii 30 minutes: Cardio *** SOMEWHAT COMPLETED *** (I did 20mins of Yoga instead.. my body was just ready for cardio)

Food:
- Breakfast: FiberOne with skim milk
- Lunch: Pita with 6 slices of turkey
- Snack: Cotten candy (very small amount)
- Dinner: 2 slices of cheese pizza from Pizza Hut (we went to the circus today with the kids and some friends, so we came back pretty late and just decided to pick up some food on the way home so we opt for pizza, not the best choice but oh well.. it was my cheat day anyway )

(I cant' freakin' believe it.. I'm so close to getting out of the 150s. I'm so happy. and AF showed up yesterday morning)

- Power90: Sweat *** COMPLETED ***

Food:
Breakfast: FiberOne with skim milk (surprise surprise)
Lunch: Pita with Turkey
Dinner: Beans and Beef
Snacks: Yogurt

Water:
My goal is to get 8 cups. I've been really slacking on my water. *** Drank 6 cups ***

Snack-- Banana
Lunch-- Whole Wheat Pita with 6 slices of lean deli turkey, 2 cups of veggies (carrots, peas in pod, broccoli), Yoplait Light Fat free blueberry yogurt
Snack-- mandarine
Dinner-- 3 oz Flank steak, 1/4 cup of mashed potatoe, 1 cup of cucumbers, 1 cup of mixed veggies (broccoli, pea pods, carrots)
Snack-- 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream
