Weight: BAH!!.. I went back to 148.. lol I got excited too soon.

Exercise goal:
- Walk 2 miles
- Power90 Sweat 3/4

Food:
Breakfast- 1 c FiberOne cereal (yuckyone), 1c Skim milk, 1 lg banana
Snack- nothing, had a banana for breakfast
Lunch- 3oz Talapia, 1c brown rice, 1c salad, 1 tsp Vinegrette dressing

*** Took a little break from Power90 since i completed my 90days. I still kept doing my Shred but that was about it. I also took a little break from counting calories. Happy to report that I didnt gain anything on those days. So... Starting March 9th, i'm embarking onto a new 30day journey with Kat. We are going to do Jillian Michael's 2 new dvds, No More Trouble Zone and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. Looking foward to see what kind of results we get. I have been keeping a journal.. I just need to go ahead and copy/paste it here. I'll do it when i get a second. ***

Kat's task- - put away three loads of laundry *** INCOMPLETE- Got 3 loads done, Folded 2, Didn't get to put away because the children were in bed and I didnt' want to risk waking them up to put the laundry away. Will definitely finish it right after my workout in the morning**







Sleep:

- Plan on going to bed at 11pm *** Actual 11:30pm-7:30am*** 8hrs of sleep







Feelings:



- Feeling pump right now... but I haven't done my shred workout yet which i'm going to do right now. (10:30am). I cant' believe how hard it is to get 1500 calories. I'm freakin' stuffed right now... and I still have to eat my yogurt, blueberries, and FiberOne bar before bed. I think I need to eat more during the day or maybe add a bit more healthy fat into my meals. This is really crazy since I dont think I've ever eaten this much food in one day... i mean I've easily eaten more than 1500 calories but those calories where from a burger and fried chicken so it didnt' seem much.. ugh.. i'm just rambling... Tomorrow will be a more typical day for me, 1200 calories.



- Just finished my first cardio session with Jillian and the workout was freakin' FANTASTIC!!! I love it !! I was able to complete it the whole way through, no resting, no nothing. I was done and I felt like I could go out and run some more. I'm covered in sweat at the moment.. my clothes are drenched. I need to go hit the showers.



- My DH did the workout with me and loved it too. He called Jillian EVIL WOMAN! lol
