This is going to be my weight loss and exercise journal. I'm a UK mummy whose trying for her 4th child. I already have 3 beautiful children but unfortunately am still carrying the weight from those pregnancies.
I know i need to lose weight to give myself a beter chance of getting pregnant again. I also know i need to be as fit as i can and i really want to look as good as i can when i'm pregnant!!!
I'm 5ft 3ish and weigh 205lbs at the moment. My ultimate goal weight would be 135 lbs but realistically i would like to get to 160 ish or under before i get pregnant.
I know it's christmas and really not the time to be starting 'dieting' but i really need to start this now!!!
