Well i started a diet on Jan 1st after many failed attempts last year and hear i am almosta week later withno soda or mess ups yay. I was 243 when i started on Jan1,2009 and i want to be 140-145 so i have roughly 100lbs to lose and i need to drink more water and exercise. As of the last couple days i have stayed the same which is a little depressing. after losing 8 lbs since last thursday i guess its not a bad start.
well for some odd reason i feel compelled to weigh myself 1-- times a day and today i was 235 than a hour later i went up to 237 and all i had was a couple sips of a drink i was discouraged i need to only weigh my self-once a day or once every couple days.. grrr that's my vent for the most part i felt good today till that my point and i am doing so so right now but i stuck to my diet which is a big step when i am stressed
Just stopped by to wish you the best of luck! and i'm guilty of weighing myself too much too. I weigh myself daily and I shouldnt' maybe when I reach 130lbs i'll stop it.. but until then I'll continue to torture myself.
If you have to weigh yourself just do it once a day, and try to do it at the same around the same time. Weighing more than that is not going to show you anything because your weight fluctuates 2-5lbs through out the whole day.
Well it's been awile all in all i had a goo dJanuary i lost 17lbs in January i did gain a few back in the last week but already lost 2 of them again .. I found out that salt triggers my hunger so i am trying to stay away from that.. I also gonna try to work on smaller weekly goals like teh 1-2 lbs i am supposed to lose instad of hoping for a trillion more. so for this month i want to get down to 225 from 229lbs.
