I feel like eating...I am bored and I am hungry and I feel a little depressed. I jsut want the weight to come off...It's 10:45 PM here so I know it's too late to eat but that doesnt mean that i'm not hungry!

New day, still feel fat but I feel alot better than yesterday! I feel less bloated! hopefully I can continue to eat healthy! I havent weighed myself yet! probably ill wait until tomorow, i dont want to get depressed if there is no positive changes!

I kind of cheated yesterday well not really cheated, more like ate somethign i shouldnt but at least i maintained portion control i only had a tiny tiny bit of it...

on a better note, today i will try to eat healthier!

Need to exercise today!

Just popping in to give you some motivation! You can do this!!!! But I do worry that you aren't eating enough. Would you like me to figure your calorie needs for you? Or help you with some menus? Anything I can do to help, please let me know. Thats why I'm here--to help everyone here achieve their goals.

That would be nice, I am probably not eating enough, partly because I feel so fat and want to lose weight so bad and the other part is because of the baby and all his needs and I feel like all i do his change diapers, feed, watch him to make sure hes breathing ok and clean up after my lazy bf

I would like some help anything you are willing to give...

So when I started this weightloss challenge my measurments were:

waist -33
hips - 44
chest - 41
thighs - 25
calves - 15.2
biceps - 11.2

Today I took measurements and noticed that I lost a little woohoo!

waist - 31.5
hips - 43
chest - 39
thighs - 24
calves - 14.9
biceps - 10.9
