Oh no! That's so annoying about the scales! That's a crazy difference! I'm using a weight watchers digital one here at home and find it good - the one I had before that used to weigh different from hour to hour!

i weighed myself at the gym today and it showed i had gained 4 lbs i checked it twice when i went yesterday it was 200 so i had lost 2 lbs stupid scales i don't know where i am i gotta go buy a digital one hopefully it'll be soon
i was so upset that i only did 2 miles and a few weights when i got home i started to cry


Monday's plan:
i'm going to be starting on the 30DS

Oh no! That's awful You're better off just getting yourself a digital scales and then only using that. The weight watchers ones are great if you can get one of those. That's the worst thing about different scales

hopefully i'll be able to get one soon until then i think i'm just going w/ my clothes size

Did 30DS i still had 2nd thoughts but i'm glad i did it it really does give u sweat (its on youtube if u want to try it out)

today i'm busy so i don't think i'll be able to get to 30DS or anything else so i'll just make today my rest day

weighed myself and it was 194 (i think, i don't even remember exact and its a digital)

wednesday was 30DS, 2.5 miles and 30 minute workout w/ trainer

thursday:

4 miles at the gym (treadmill, crossramp, and stairmaster)

weight today was 196 lbs
YAY i finally lost 10 lbs i was 206 around mid january
Goal for this month be able to get down to 190 by end of march
