Tuesday:
finally ran 1 mile cont. on foot in 8 minutes. did 5 miles total

goal for this week RUN 1 MILE CONT. EVERYDAY ON FOOT

did 2 miles and 30 min of ty-bo
diet-wise was pretty good except for a slice of loaf cake
water: about 5 glasses

did 6 miles w/ walk at home video

diet-wise pretty good but shouldn't had sweets

water more than 6 glasses

2.25 miles on treadmill
1 mile on crossramp

dietwise: shouldn't of had piece of cake
water: more than 5 glasses
