starting weight: 202
Goal weight: 170 Motivation: because i want to be able to fit into my old clothes again, i want to be healthy for my daughter, i want to feel good about myself, i want to look good b4 i go visit my in-laws oversees
Diet wise: for now avoid junk food (cookies, cake, soda, juice, candies, etc.)
It's 8.28am here at the moment and just checking in with you. What day do you want to set aside for weigh ins?
Today,my aim is not only to stay inside my weight watchers calorie allowance but also - no more eating at the computer! I think this is a big thing for me because I would mindlessly eat for the hour or more that I spend on the computer and am paying no attention to what I'm putting in my mouth.

DD is a little fussy and won't go to sleep
ummm how about sunday for weigh-ins?
yeah eating at the computer is hard to resist, i used to do that but now my hands are usually tied w/ DD so thats good
i didn't do any exercise today but i did drink about 90 oz water today
tomorrow i'm going to the gym and drink +90 oz water
Haven't made plans for lunch or dinner yet. I'm thinking of making a low calorie vegetable soup for lunch - I'm off work today so I need to fill up so that I'm not tempted to pick. I've gotten rid of all the chocolate in the house so at leaset that's not here to tempt me
i did nothing i was busy today and had a family matter that came up suddenly but now that i think about it i'm just making excuses and being lazy now, i was thinking of resting tomorrow i'll just cancel that and hopefully i'll be able to go the gym i only drink about 50 oz water i think

i went to the gym and did 4 miles (treadmill & elliptical)
about 70 oz water
try to go the gym or do the DVD (but i think i'll be busy tomorrow)
i want to go to the gym so that i can weigh myself. the scale at the gym was showing 202 lbs when i started but i went on the scale at home today it showed 215 i knew all scales were different but that is a huge difference. so i think i'll go w/ the scale at the gym and later on buy a digital scale
i'm also starting on the 30 day shred w/ the other girls on here. want to join? i think 30DS is on youtube. i hope i can stick w/ it
