I finally decided to seriously start this thing once again! Hopefully with the support of you girls I can make it this time.

Will start on Monday, March 9th.

Okay here I go....I will take a picture later and post.
Starting weight 225 lbs - height 5'10"

Low carb -

Breakfast 20 grams
Snack 17 grams
Dinner 5 grams
32 oz water (I hate water)
3 diet cokes

Total Monday - 42 grams

Breakfast - rice crispy (17) & 1/2 cup coffee (2)
Snack - apple (17)
Dinner - 3 saucy apricot chicken strips & sauteed squash (20)
Snack -


Water - 48 oz (so far)

Wednesday 3/10

Breakfast - 20 carbs, 2 sausage links & 1 piece bread
Lunch - tuna & crackers 15 carbs
Dinner - 2 bedder cheddar smokies & 1 piece bread with chips 30 carbs


Water - 36 oz
