Hi, I'm new here and want to introduce myself. My name is nicole and i'm 19 years old. I got pregnant when I was 13, and had my son at 14. Before I got pregnant I was 112 lbs. (5'7") and after I was 155 lbs. I lost some before but I gained it back and I've stayed at 150 for like 2 years now. I know I'm not fat , but I think if I lost some weight I could feel healthier and my body would look "tighter" and better! I try to eat healthy things, but I don't limit how much I eat, and I get barely any exercise. The only exercise I get are the regular things I do throughout the day... cleaning, etc. I think a good plan for me would be to cut down my portions, cut down on sugar, and incorporate some exercise. i don;t have much time for exercise though, so I want to focus on food for weight loss. My goal weight is 125 lbs, I am not in a rush. I want to get there by the end of the year... maybe november or december. I think it's doable. I would love any advice from anyone that is losing or has lost 25lbs. successfuly. Here is a picture of me today at the weight I am now. I don't have a working camera but I have a camera on my phone so the picture isn't very clear. I think this journal will help me in my weightloss. It's nice having someone to report back to if that makes sense, I lose motivation if no one knows about my weighloss goals! Thank you for reading I will update weekly or as often as I can!
