I'm new at this, but love the idea of an online journal. Maybe it will help me be more accountable. I don't have much to lose, but would still like to do it before becoming pg! I'm mostly trying to limit my eating, upping my water intake to 1 gallon a day, and working in some exercise. Now that it is spring, most of my exercise will be outdoors, although I may work in some T-tapp sessions of BWO.
Today: April 15, 2009:
Exercise: raked yard, hoping to get a bike ride in ~~~ Didn't get the bike ride in. Raking my yard wore me out!!
Water: 1 gallon
