I should have started this earlier, because I've had better days than today. lol

I did only 10 minutes on the bike.. but hey its better than nothing...

Goals for tomorrow.. because I'm starting out small

My protein drink for breakfast

pudding cup or grapes for snack

off the hook for the rest of the day..

hopefully go to the gym sometime tomorrow evening but not forsure, because Josh's soccer is in the evening as well.

had a few days off.. I just could not seem to get off my butt over the weekend, so I MADE myself go to the gym today.

5 minute walk warm up
weight machines (same rotation as usual)
15 walk on the treadmill.

I didn't do any running today.. and I didn't want to leave the babes at my parents for too long today I feel good that I did anything at all though.. so YAY!
