June 11th.

Getting pretty annoyed with looking and feeling fat. For what ever reason I decided to try on my goal jeans yesterday. Not only could I do them up, not only could I walk and sit comfortable in them, but they look better than my current pair. So then, I tear off the jeans and tank and pull on my evening dress, which I'd like the opportunity to wear again and look sexy in. Ok, it slides up and down easy, boobs look great.... ok, maybe I am seeing some changes and not realizing it!

I got two Pilates video's (one's a bit old, I like the Pilates for Dummies one) and two of the 5 Carmen Electra Strippertease Aerobics videos. Tried the Pilates, and for the first time I found something I can't do. Which really hurt my feelings... not to mention my neck (and I was in the perfect position too! So today (despite having a fever) I'm going to try the stripper tease video. The ones I have are just her cardio warm up, which has both her and the trainer sweating... so it can't hurt to try right?

I'm aiming to do 2000 minutes over the next ten or 12 weeks. That's less than an hour 3x a week (on top of my walking) so we'll see which goal I reach first in my sig, my distance, or my time!

I skipped my measure in this week. My period is here in full force and I can feel and see that I am very bloated. Gonna pound back the water today to see if I can fix that!

June 16th.

Day off today, which means picture day. But I'm also going to have a me day... shower, do my hair, feel good about me!

Measurement day too. Took all but the bust and rib, because honestly they don't matter to me. I have big boobs, I don't expect them to go decrease much.

May 20th
Stomach: 38"
Hips: 40.5"
Top bulge: 36.5
Bottom bulge: 41.5

June 16th
Stomach: 36.5"
Hips: 40.25"
Top Bulge: 36"
Bottom Bulge: 40.5

This decodes into a 1.5" belly loss! YAY! A .25" hip loss, .25 off the top bulge and 1" off the bottom one. This makes me feel good, because I've been sick for a week with a fever and no energy to do anything.

Yesterday my belly was measuring back at 38". I'm very bloated and uncomfortable. Really struggling with water in take. Give me milk, soy milk, sugary juices and I'll guzzle them. but water? Nope... I'm lucky right now if I'm getting in 2 bottles all day. Sigh.

At this point I'm starting to lose hope... and that's bad. I want to be small. I want this belly gone! I know I look better than I did before, but it's not good enough for me. Sigh...

I hit an all time mental low yesterday. I know partially why, but it has also renewed my desire to lose weight. 4 years ago today I was a cute size 10 jeans and 149lbs pounds, then a lost pregnancy ruined it all... and although I've tried, I haven't had the heart and will power to lose it.

Now I wonder if the reason I seem to stop and chicken out at 155-160lbs is because I'm clinging to the ONLY thing I have from my sons other than the 9 weeks of memories (and vague recollection of morning nausea). If that's what I'm doing, I need someone to tell me how to beat it out of me, because I'm more likely to carry my next pregnancy to term if I'm healthy. And right now I'm far from it.

I got back on the bike tonight. I'll take my measurements and photos tomorrow ( don't work until 1, so I won't be trying to take my pictures half asleep at 6am). I'm not expecting to see a difference, but a girl can hope right?
