Method to the Madness
I am going to cut out my favorite drink, orange soda. In fact all soda in general.
I am going to eat smaller portions, and less snacks.
I am going to exercise, even if it kills me.
Keeping Track I am going to weigh in once a month, for nine months, my goal is to be 150 when my baby brother gets married. I will adjust my weight goal as soon as do my primary weigh in, which will be tomorrow, at my inlaws, they have a scale.
