So, here I am, 11 weeks postpartum w/ kiddo number two. Feel great and honestly don't look that bad BUT I really want to be where I was before I got pregnant.
Ok, I work out 2-3 times a week. Do about half an hour of cardio and half of strength training. Even though I've only been doing this for 5 weeks, I already feel more toned even though I haven't lost any pounds.
-I eat when I am bored or when the kids are down and I finally have "me" time. I know once I go back to work I will eat alot as well since we always have snacks in the conference room!
-I eat even when I'm full..I just really like to eat!
-After I work out I feel like I can eat more because I worked out
Pre-preggo: 120-125 (I fluctuate ALOT )
Weight day of delivery: 158
Weight 11 weeks PP: 142
- Stop drinking Coke
- Stop snacking alll day
- Loose the 17 pounds by Easter
- KEEP working out even when I go back to work
