Well i started weight watchers last week. So I am excited. I have been sticking to the plan and working out on the elliptical 5 days a week and strength training three days. I lost 3.6 pounds.
so I weigh 192.2 I took before pics yesterday. Not very pretty at all lol.
week two of weight watchers i only lost .4 pounds so that puts me at four pounds. Its not ba d but I know what I did wrong. I got lazy and guessed some point and the serving instead od measuring. So I know what I need to do....weigh everything and count everything everyday. I have been doing good and expect a better loss next week.
