Currently ending 7th week of Game On! Diet Plan. Starting Weight was 168 and this morning weighed in at an even 150.
Exercise Regime - Saturday September 12, 2009
Concentrating on burning calories/fat and strengthening my knees with light work-outs.
15 minute warm-up on bike. 7 mins at interval 1 and 8 mins at interval 2.
30 minutes on treadmill. No running. Just walking at gradual incline to 6.0 and speed to 3.5.
15 minutes on elliptical. 7 mins on resistance 2 and 8 mins on resistance 3.
15 reps for each arm with 10lb weight.
15 reps for thighs at 25lb weight.
