Thursday, November 19, 2009 - Moving boxes and displays for 7.5 hours at work + 30 minutes of Yogalatis

Saturday, November 28, 2009 -- 45 minutes Tae Bo Sculpting

Previous Monday and Tuesday I did 8 and 7.5 hours of moving boxes and displays at work. No other workouts during the week.

Tuesday, December 8, 2009 - 30 minutes Biggest Loser Cardio Max (maximum results week 1-2 session includes 5 min warmup, 20 min cardio, 5 min cool down)
