I'm starting this. I figure it will be a good way to keep track of things. My goal right now is to report in at least once per week.

Friday, September 25, 2009--Just completed 45 minutes of Tae Bo Sculpting workout. Sweating like crazy, but feeling great.

Monday, October 12, 2009 - Did my Biggest Loser workout 1.5 times

1 minute - Push-ups
1 minute - Body-weight Squats
1 minute - Shoulder Press w/ weights
1 minute - Body-weight Squats
1 minute - Biceps Curls
5 minutes - Walking Lunges
1 minute - Chair Dips
1 minute - Bent-over Dumbbell Rows
1 minute - Standard Lunges (per leg)
7 minutes - Crunches

15 reps per minute/exercise and 10 lb dumbbells where called for

I did it once through plus again through the biceps curls.

I also completed 500 crunches (300 during the 7 minutes, then another 2.5 minutes after the curls).
