I've decided that it's time for me to lose some weight. I only need to lose about 30 pounds but I'm still at an unhealthy weight for my height.

My long term goal: lose 30 pounds
Short term goal: lose 5 pounds

I'm not too sure how fast I'm going to be able to lose the weight.

Right now I'm at 160 pounds, and I'd like to be at 130.

Here's hoping!

I've lost a little over 2 pounds so far and I haven't really even been working out very much. Pretty much all I did was make my portion sizes smaller and eat more vegetables/fruits. I'll be working out more often this week.

I'm feeling pretty good, the end of the week was hard because my Dad was in the hospital but I did okay food wise.

Working out goals: 10-26 to 11-2
Monday: Do my Yoga DVD (or at least try, I've never done it before)
Tuesday: Ride my bike to the library and back (my library is a good 3-4 miles, depending on which route I take and one is full of hills, that will give me a good work out.)
Wednesday: 20 minutes on Treadmill and a job around my block (it's big)
Thursday: Library again. Take Hilly Route.
Friday: 30 minutes on Treadmill.

I'll be looking for equipment for working out on freecycle, maybe someone doesn't need some anymore.

Starting weight: 160.0
Weight now: 157.8
