My starting weight: 232
Weigh-in 11/1/09: 227
Weigh-in 11/8/09: 225

I've been aiming at 1880 calories per day but am giving myself a little lee-way on that. Anywhere between 1800-2000 calories right now. I'm usually around 1800, though.

I feel like I've been sliding a little this week. I need to get back on my 3-mile walks. I only did a mile yesterday because I wasn't feeling so good. But, a mile is better than none.

I'm frustrated today because I caved last night and had two (not one-but 2!!!) grilled cheese sandwiches at 1:30 a.m. Yeah, I should've been sleeping. If I'm up too late at night I eat. That's why sleep is so important! It is so hard to sleep in my house. I'm just frustrated. But, I'm acknowledging my issue. Going to turn it positive and get over this frustrating hump.
