I plan on getting back on track TODAY. I am taking some classes and those started this week. I have less time, but on the other hand my time is much more structured now, so this should be very good for my fitness goals.

Did you notice my left breast in the after pic? That is how it was looking after 7 hours with no nursing. It was crushing the other one. I fed Jack on the other boobie this morning, and he wouldn't take more. It huuuurt
