I'm so happy I found this part of JM! I've been looking for a place to keep track of my weight loss attempts this year.
Lose 20 pounds (go from 140 to 120) by DD 1st Bday (May 14)
-Lose 1-2 pounds per week
-Exercise every day
-Cut down on sugar
-Set a good example for DD
-Feel better and have more energy
-Get body ready for TTC baby #2 possibly this summer I don't want to get pre-e this time around.
-Look better for DH
-Help DH lose weight and be more healthy
-Have more confidence and good body image. I don't want DD to grow up hearing me gripe about my body.
Okay so I fell off the wagon a little the last few days. We had pizza last night and I haven't been working out everyday. I'm back up to 139lbs . But I have done much better today so I'm feeling motivated again.
Today I did the Shape ab workout and some of the leg/butt workout. I also did about 20 mins of yoga. I've also stayed on my diet today.
-Coffee with ff creamer and nutrigrain bar
-6in subway turkey and ham sub, pretzels with hummos
-canned peaches in pear juice
-1 bitesize mint 3musketeer (35 calories)
