March 8 - Chest & Back weight workout-3 sets of 15 each--press incline w/ band, upright rows w/ band, decline bench press w/ 10 lb dumbbells, incline flies-single arm w/ 5 lb dumbbell, pullover w/ 10 lb dumbbell, bent-over rows w/ 10 lb dumbbells

March 10 - 3 set of 15 reps each - Front full squat w/ 5 lb weighted ball, Stationary lunges w/ 5 lb ball (each leg), leg curl, Hip abduction (each leg), Leg abduction (each leg)

33 minutes Tae Bo Ab Boot Camp

March 22 - Full Body Weight Workout (approx 30 minutes)
Front Full Squat holding 5 lb ball--3 sets of 15
Stationary Lunges holding 5 lb ball--3 sets of 15 on each side
Heel Raise holding 5 lb ball--3 sets of 15
Crunch, Bent Knee--3 sets of 25
Crunch, Scissor Kick Twist--3 sets of 25
Side Bend holding 5 lb ball in hand--3 sets of 25 on each side
Bent Over Row using 10 lb dumbbells--3 sets of 15
Dead Lift from 3/4 Squat holding 10 lbs dumbbells--3 sets of 15
Push-Up Decline--3 sets of 15
Front Deltoid Raise using 5 lb ball--3 sets of 15
Biceps Curl w/ 10 lb dumbbells--3 sets of 15
Triceps Extension using 5 lb ball--3 sets of 15 on each side

and 15 minutes of stretching

April 9 - 30 minutes on the new recumbent bike (10 mins in the heart-rate setting and 20 on Program 3)
