January 1 - BL Cardio Max Level 1 (30 minutes), 10 floor push ups, and 15 wall push ups

January 2 - Tae Bo Sculpting (44 minutes) and 30 minutes of stretching

3 sets of 15 reps for most of the exercises.

Tonya set up some workouts for me. The cards are on my post asking for help. You can use them if you want.

January 10 - 30 minutes of jogging (approximately 2.5 miles), 33 minutes Tae Bo Ab Boot Camp, and 30 minutes BL Cardio Max

January 13 - 25 bench presses with 15 lb dumbbells, 30 minutes BL Boot Camp L1, and 24 minutes DanSkin Ball workout with 5 lb ball

January 14 - 25 medicine ball twists, 30 minutes BL Cardio Max, 20 minutes Pilates

January 15 - 25 overhead triceps extensions on each side, Chest & Arm workout (3 sets of 15 with either a band, 10 lb or 5 lb dumbbell), and 40 minutes BL Cardio Max Levels 1 & 2

January 16-17 - nothing, gone to town didn't get home until late

January 18 - ill

January 19 - Repeat of January 15 (starting week 3 over again)

January 20 - 3 sets of 15 per each - Full squats, stationary lunges, leg curls, hip abductors and leg abductors. Also 43 minutes Tae Bo Cardio.

January 21 - 3 sets of 15 each - front deltoid raises, internal rotations, curls, wrist curls, triceps extensions; 1 set of 15 dips, 40 minutes of BL Cardio Max L1 & 2

January 27 - 25 flies (no weights), Legs workout (3 sets of 15) squats, stationary lunges, leg curls, hip abductors and leg abductors, and 43 minutes of Tae Bo Cardio
