I did the pilates/yoga the other night and dind't like it at all. I normally love it but the instructor was awful and went so fast there wasn't any great stretches or anything Booooo!
I did a whole body workout and 30 mins of cardio on the elliptical last night too yay me!

I never factored into getting back on track the fact that with a vaginal birth I may have issues wiht my perenium. My abs are stronger that I thought they'd be- but my bottom is so sore still

doing pretty good now- seem to be staying on track-mostly!!!

thing is- i'm so hungry all the time i feel like I could gnaw my arm off lol

and I know what my trigger was: stress.

ok, well no change this week. I out-ate what I had planned- I seriously feel like I'm starving when I nurse...oh well. I hope the next week I can be better lol

start 2 days a week wiht my trainer this week
hopefully will keep me more accountable with my food..it's a lot of money and I want to make the most of it!! Last time I used him I had to send him a food diary lol
this time im nursing though so he'll have to be forgiving!!!

So dh has agreed for me to do 2days a week for 6 mths with my trainer- I may regret it thoguh lol...
I am quite stiff after workout at 1pm.... will feel it tomorrow. I was sore from thursdays workout up until last night!!!

I was too nervous to get on the scale this morning lol... will do it tomorrow or Sunday
Had to see my doc again today - have persistent blocked bartholin gland and an issue with my mucosa (sp?) skin tag not healing... *sigh*
Got referral to my OB prolly to get cautery and the cyst drained... I'm 2 mths PP tomorrow. Sucks. Will prolly interfere with my workouts too

well I've gotten good at maintaining
Just need to dig a little deeper I guess.
My left shoulder is feeling loose and funky afte rmy last workout.... I had dislocated it around a year ago and wasn't done rehabing it when I got preggo... and the loose joints that come with pregnancy didn't help!

Had to cancel my training for tomorrow... OB's office called- getting my issues from having the baby taken care of. Cautery as well as maybe some more stiches... not sure really. I know i'll be too sore to workout with my trainer tomorrow afternoon!
*sigh*
I didn't forget what a long hard road it would be getting back into shape... I always seem to face these little roadblocks.
Must get back on saddle next week. Hopefully I'll feel up to it by Tuesday for my next session.

Am sore. Still managed a walk around town today, a slow walk.
I think I shoul dbe able to gym next week even after cautery blah!!

well im still sore and still bleeding a bit- but I can walk. I don't think I'd ride a bike, but I think I could even run.
I've decided I think I'm an extreemist. I do better when I do things 100%. So next week there's NO planeed treats. Not even popcorn. NOTHING. I have tog et back to my old style of clean eating and have a treat att the end of 6 days if I've been good. I'll think every day what it is I want most, and I'll have it on sat or sunday.

weighed in yesterday at 176.5. *sigh*
I offically start eating clean again as of yesterday . I struggled- not gunna lie.
Did well all day, but had a small cheat of brie and whole wheat crackers. I swear it's just because I didn't want to throw out the brie lol I forgot to finish it Sunday
Other than that and the 1 pc of bacon that was on my spinach salad it was a clean day. I really wanted to try this warm spinach salad I had a recipe for but all other meals this week are clean . I also went for 40 min jog yesterday.

Well, I wouldnt be me if I wasn't having setbacks. Back to physio today. My hip was buggin' me... the ball in my hip catches on the rim of the socket... it was out of place about 2yrs ago... well this time it's being caused by a weak muscle in my bum lol... gluteus medius... it's not a huge deal or a big fix.
So, just need to do some excercises and follow up next week.
BUt no crazy workouts until it gets stronger. Need to prevent my hip from coming out again
