Maintained the last 2 weeks, so changed it up a bit this week and lost a pound...will weigh in again tomorrow because I have a feeling I did lose more.

ok, so this time around I'm counting calories. I'm trying to stay within the range of 1200 a day and getting as much cardio and weights/core training as I can. It's working wonders I have to say!!!

worked out 6 hours in last 2 days LOL
ate 1150-1200 calories each day and BAM! 2.5 pounds GOOOOOOONE!

Am home a lot more this last week because of my big to do list... as well as I strained my glute lol so have to take 'er easy

oh my god i've been bad these last few days/ I can feel a hige difference is my energy levels... much lower and feel bloated ang gross. urgh. Actually looking forward to getting back at it. SIgned up for some free weight training sessions over the next week at the karate school. It's going to hurt lol.
I think I onl;y have 3 sessions left with my trainer too. Means I'm going to have to go at the last 20 lbs or so myself. I can do it. It's going to suvk But I CAN do it.
Looking forward to 2011

Did two 4 hour workouts this week, today was the last one... but I hurt my knee fighting yesterday in karate... bah! So my 4 hour workout today is cancelled -except for weights. Just bi's & Tri's so I can do that. Maybe short ride on elliptical.

oh...and scale says I'm up 3 lbs to 160 even. Frig! Well, I've been eating a lot this week given Christmas and my birthday celebrations. After tonight's outing for new years I should be good to go-back on wagon

I'm down 40 lbs

Started weapons training again.
Having a bad week because eventhoguh am having healthy meals- indulging way too much on valentine streats. Well, next week will be better. I think it's ok though to take it easier 1 week or so out of every 8 lol
Also taking a bit of a break from the gym because of my tendonitis and bursitis in my hip is really giving me grief... I htink the only thing that will help is rest... or so says my sports doc. Physio thinks I can continue but not go as hard. I tried it his way last week and it was still sore... so this week I decided to rest. I did work out Monday night for 3 hours though- just didn't do any kicking wiht my left leg.
I dunno- I'm not going to let my injuries stop me from doing what I love anymore... I'm just going to do my best to work around them and still get to karate, weapongs and kickboxing
I will probably go to karate tomorrow night- I have a lot to work on before testing at the end of March...

Sidelined by 2 injuries since Feb... But i'm back in the gym...just not martial arts yet. Broke through my plateau too

You rock! I'm down 15 since Christmas and quite looking forward to trying to lose 10 more before my Dr. appointment in May. He's never seen me at this weight!

I really can't complain abotu the size I am now. Here's the deal- I don't weigh tmuch more than my target goal BUT my panys are a bit tight in the back thigh part... so just want to go down a few more
