Today is day 1 of my journey to loose weight. I am a little nervous, and very hopeful. I am trying to dedicate time and energy to loosing weight and follow-through this time!! I want to be healthy when it comes time to TTC again, and I want to be healthy so that I can feel more comfortable in my own skin, feel pround of accomplishing a goal, and so that I can keep-up with an expanding family.
My Starting Weight is 182.
I plan on adding pics and measurments later and weighing in once a week.
