Hello ladies! Ive decided to join the weight loss board. My name is Robin, Im 25 and a mother of two. My husband, Logan, and I have been married for just over 1 1/2 years but dated for close to 7. Our children are Ellie who is 2 and Garrett who is 7.5 months. I am a member of the Digital Scrapbooking boards and also take part in the January 2010 Playroom. I went through most of High School weighing around 155 and after graduation I steadily started gaining work. I joined Weight Watchers and had a good run with them and lost 14 lbs. I then got pregnant with Ellie and that is when I tipped the scale over 200 lbs. After having her I never made it back down below 190's. Nine months after having her I found out I was pregnant again. This time my weight at the time of delivery was near 240. The most I have ever weighed. My goal is to be down to 160's. Time frame? Im not sure, maybe by Halloween? I really hate my scale and probably will spend the money to buy another one because it is off a few from that of the one at the gym and at my doctors office. (I wish mine was correct cause the number rocks! lol) So here I start. Ill post a photo soon and have starts tomorrow.
I did my self a good thing today. We had a mommy & me play date this morning at Burger King. I stood there in the ordering line, staring at the breakfast menu then the regular menu. Several times I almost ordered a breakfast croissant, then an order of chicken nuggets/ chicken fries... Finally I just ended up ordering those tater tot rounds for my daughter and a soda for myself. I dont know if it was my mind that made me decide not to get anything or if it was just that nothing sounded good. But either way, I saved my self from eating BK food.
Monday the 20th, marks my first day back at the gym. Im bound and determined to get there. Which makes me wonder why I am still up at 1:18 am! Both kids are currently a sleep and I really should be too... Specially for wanting to get up in the morning. I guess this was the only time I get to have me time so I ran with it. However, since Im hoping for a really good work out tomorrow, I should save my work and get off the computer. Call it a night.
