Starting weight (Oct. 15, 2010) - 227.4
Program- weight watchers
Exercise- variety

I. Mini Goal - 5% - 216
II. Mini Goal - 7%- 212
III. Mini Goal- 10%- 205
IV. Half way there Goal - 15%- 193
V. 20% - 182
VI. 25% - 171
VII. Final Goal 30% - 159
I might push and try to lose another 34% which would bring me down to 150 which is weight that i would like to be. But i'm just not sure yet. When i got down to that weight before ppl was saying i was too skinny.

My goal for the 1st month is to lose no more than 8 pounds. The 2nd month no more than 6 pounds. And then no more than 4 pounds the following months. I don't want to lose weight too fast.

Nov. 5, 2010 - 221.8
Nov. 12, 2010 - 217.6
Nov. 19, 2010 - 213.4 (Sick this week. I think most of this lost was water weight)
Nov. 26, 2010 - 218.4
