I might push and try to lose another 34% which would bring me down to 150 which is weight that i would like to be. But i'm just not sure yet. When i got down to that weight before ppl was saying i was too skinny.
My goal for the 1st month is to lose no more than 8 pounds. The 2nd month no more than 6 pounds. And then no more than 4 pounds the following months. I don't want to lose weight too fast.
