Well maybe posting here every couple of days or so will help. I currently weigh 157 lbs. I would like to get down to 135. My first goal though is 150. I figured it might be easier if I set smaller goals instead of one big goal. I have been mostly just trying to watch what I eat. I hate exercising and never seem to do much. Yesterday however I bought the Jillian michaels 30 day shred and thought I would give that a try. I like it bc it has 3 levels and each one only takes about 20 mins. So I did it yesterday and felt sore this morning and I really didn't want to do it today but once the baby went down for a nap I forced myself to do it and now i'm glad that I did. I think its going to be a day by day thing for me. I also decided that Fridays will be my weigh in day. I don't want to watch the scale every day because of water weight fluctuations!
