I started one of these a while ago and can't find it anymore ....
So my son is now 18 months and its time to get fit for baby #2. I have pcos so I will be doing a minimum (try to anyways) of one hour of cardio a day, plus stretching, plus 15 minutes of weights a day. It worked before, but God help me. And I am on a pcos diet - no corn, bread, pasta, refined carbs, sugar, potatoes. Except I will allow pasts only if whole wheat and linked with many other "ok" foods, and only once a day. And a teeny tiny amount of sugar is to be expected.
This will be hard since I run my own business and take care of a toddler, but I can do it! I will post picture updates too.
