Hi, I'm Cyndi. I am 35 and have a baby boy. Sam Jr. will be one in March. I've been married to Sam Sr. for 4 years. I have a lovely little family.
I have been doing Weight Watchers for about 7 weeks now. Unfortunately, I haven't been totally compliant but I have still managed to lose 5 pounds and quite a few inches. Today, I am determined to stick to the points system. I would like to lose 15lbs over the next 8 weeks. That is just my first goal. I need to lose a total of 40 pounds but for now I want to focus on the first leg of the journey.
My starting weight is 175 and I am in between at size 12 and 14 with L or XL tops.
Ultimately, I want to be around 135 wearing a size 8 pants with M tops.
As far as exercise goes, I intend to exercise every other day for about 20-30 mins. It will be either resistance/weights or walking on a treadmill.
So far my biggest challenge has been discipline. I must pray and trust God to help me develop consistency. That is the biggest part of weight loss...sticking with it.

Hi! I would love to try weight watchers but it's just not in the cards right now. I here you on the willpower. I'm telling myself i need to get my behind out of this chair and go to the gym in a few minutes...so for the chair is more comfy Good luck on your journey!
